RASK’s attorneys advise clients on a daily basis in matters of competition law, energy and public procurement.
Rask’s experience in the field of competition can be divided between two areas:
1) Competition law in merger and acquisition transactions (including advising in procedures for the control of concentrations, the formulation of the wording of competition restrictions in transactions, as well as pointing out restrictions that harm competition during legal due diligence investigations).
2) All other competition related matters (including advising in regard to claims that might be presented to a dominant undertaking, as well as in matters of state aid).
Rask also advises clients during public procurements both to conduct and to draft tenders, but also in disputes at the Public Procurement Review Committee and the administrative court.
