Andrei primarily specialises in criminal and administrative law, and he often represents his clients in court proceedings.

From the beginning of 2015, Andrei has had a key role in all large criminal cases where RASK has been a representative. His determined commitment to the work at hand even in cases where the volume of the criminal file in pre-trial proceedings exceeds 10,000 pages testifies to his discipline and excellent ability to perform under stress.

In the framework of the state legal assistance project of 2014‒2016, Andrei was one of RASK’s attorneys who provided advice in more than 100 public law cases over a period of less than a year. This experience provided the team with extensive and unique knowledge in administrative court procedures and in a number of areas of administrative law, such as construction, planning, the law on aliens, etc.

Our colleagues from other law offices regard Andrei as one of the most outstanding new generation attorneys in criminal law. Clients appreciate his efficiency and hard work even in the resolution of the most complex disputes.

As a student, Andrei successfully competed in the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition as a member of the Estonian team who reached the finals for the first time in history.
