Timo has practiced nearly ten years as an attorney-at-law, advising clients with diverse profiles on a daily basis, mainly in merger and acquisition transactions (M&A), solving complex corporate law issues and restructuring companies. He also has considerable experience in solving insolvency, financing, real estate, data protection and environmental issues. In the early years of his career, Timo also participated in the legislative process, primarily in the drafting of health-care legislation, and in the development of the Estonian e-Health information system.

Timo has a good knowledge of the Scandinavian market and he has helped a large number of foreign investors resettled in Estonia in solving legal and more general issues related to the relocation of their business activities.
