Case

RASK advised Lepidus Invest in purchasing the De La Gardie shopping centre from EPI Baltic I. RASK conducted a legal due diligence investigation of the target and advised the client on concluding the contract of sale for the property.

The De La Gardie Building is a 4-storey building located on Viru Street in the Old Town of Tallinn with a leasable area of 2,139 square metres, and the largest tenant being Lindex, a leading fashion chain in Northern Europe.

Lepidus Invest OÜ was established in 2013 by Zenith Capital Management OÜ having several owners.

EPI Baltic I Oy is a property fund managed by Northern Horizon Capital, a company active in the Baltic and Nordic region, as fund manager, and Amplion Asset Management, an investment and advisory firm, as co-manager.
