RASK advised a client in acquiring the manufacturing and logistics centre from EfTEN Kinnisvarafond.
In the process of the transaction, the company controlled by Zenith Capital Management purchased three properties – a Stora Enso production facility in Tänassilma, a Mediq logistics centre in Saue, and a Hanza Mechanics production facility in Tartu.
The transaction, which resulted in acquiring three buildings, also entailed drafting contracts and performing due diligence in addition to advising the client.
