RASK consults space tech start-up Spaceit in raising 1 million.

Case

RASK consulted the space tech start-up Spaceit on a successful ivestment round. The company raised a total of 1 million euros, which will be used to expand operations. Icebreaker.vc from Finland and UG Investments from Estonia joined the ranks of the Spaceit owners. During the investment round, Spaceit was consulted by RASK’s co-head of finance Karl Erik Esko and partner Ramon Rask.


Spaceit OÜ is one of the most prominent space tech companies in Estonia, specialising in the development of satellite control and space cyber security applications. As well as working with the European Space Agency (ESA) as a partner, Spaceit is also an alumnus of the ESA Business Incubation Centre Estonia and the Starburst Accelerator, an international start-up accelerator.

UG Investments  mainly invests in sustainable companies with export potential in the energy and industrial sector, infrastructure and utilities.


Icebreaker.vc  is a venture capital fund that invests in companies in the seed phase or early stages of development in Finland, Sweden and Estonia. Icebreaker invests an average of 150,000–800,000 euros in teams with deep knowledge of the field and a desire to create globally competitive technology companies.
