RASK consults Capital Mill on the construction of Tallinn’s iconic new office tower Skyon.

Case

RASK consulted real estate developer Capital Mill on the development of the 95-metre-tall modern office building, Skyon, built to strict environmental standards. RASK consulted Capital Mill throughout the development process, helping the client resolve various legal issues.

The architectural design for the Skyon commercial and office building was been created by the internationally renowned KOKO Architects. Construction began in February 2019 and was completed in August 2021. The building uses smart and forward-looking technological solutions that make it sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Skyon was built to meet LEED Platinum standards. LEED is one of the world’s leading environmental design rating systems. The LEED programme provides a framework for building in a healthy, highly efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly way. LEED certification is an internationally recognised hallmark of sustainability. To ensure an efficient working environment, all Skyon’s utility systems are remote controlled and monitored.
