RASK consults Nurmiko Hulgi on company restructuring.

RASK consulted the leading Estonian flower and horticultural wholesaler Nurmiko Hulgi on the restructuring of its operations and related tax issues. Annika Soom, co-head of taxation at RASK, assisted Nurmiko in developing a suitable structure as well as implementing the restructuring process.

Nurmiko Hulgi OÜ is one of the oldest and largest flower wholesalers in Estonia, specialising in supplying flower shops, supermarkets and horticultural shops. The company imports flowers to Estonia from the Netherlands, Ecuador, Columbia and Kenya.
