RASK attorney Karl Erik Esko advised Estonian beverage manufacturer Punch Drinks in raising capital to expand the production of new disinfectant products.
Punch Drinks, who mainly produces organic soft drinks and craft cocktails, just recently started manufacturing disinfectant sprays to help contain the spread of COVID-19. To increase the production capability, new investors Webinfluence Group and Bellone Invest, founded and led by Thomas Padovani, were brought on board to help finance the new product line.
Punch Sanitizers are officially approved by the Estonian Health Board. The Sanitizers are available in Punch e-shop, Bolt Food and soon pharmacies across Estonia.
