RASK consults trustee in bankruptcy of oil terminal operator Scantrans.

Case

RASK consults the trustee in the bankruptcy proceedings of oil terminal operator Scantrans, representing the client in litigation and extrajudicial disputes. The consulting covers disputes over claim recognition and asset recovery, and RASK also successfully represented the trustee in a 7.8-million-euro damages action against members of the management bodies.

Scantrans AS (bankrupt) owned an oil terminal at Paljassaare Harbour, Tallinn, which went bankrupt in early 2011.
