RASK is proud to have represented LipCap OÜ and Erki Lipre in sale of shares of Ridango AS to BaltCap investment fund and re-entry to the shareholder level.

BaltCap I Private Equity Fund III acquired a controlling stake in Ridango. LipCap OÜ’s beneficial owner Erki Lipre will be the chairman of the management board of Ridango AS after the transaction. LipCap OÜ also entered the shareholding structure of Ridango AS’s parent company.

Ridango AS is an international technology company established in 2009, that develops innovative ticketing and payment solutions for public transport and creates real-time information systems. The best-known e-ticketing systems currently in Estonia are Tallinn Ühiskaart, Tartu e-ticket and ID-ticket.
