RASK consulted Modera, a NASDAQ First North-listed company providing software solutions for automotive sales, on a strategic cooperation agreement with Keyloop Ltd. Keyloop is one of the top automotive software providers in the EMEA region, market leader in more than 40 countries. The partnership will see Modera’s digital sales platform integrated with Keyloop’s platform and delivered to Finnish car dealers.

Karl Erik Esko, RASK’s attorney-at-law and co-head of technology, advised Modera in negotiating the terms of the cooperation agreement.

Modera Ltd is an automotive sales software company. Modera’s solution has been used to sell more than 76,000 vehicles in multiple countries, with a total transaction value of more than 2.52 billion euros. The company has achieved a 60% market share in Estonia. Modera’s products are used by importers and dealers of Toyota, Volkswagen, Renault, BMW, Kia, Hyundai, Volvo and Mercedes-Benz.

Keyloop Ltd is the world’s top provider of software solutions for the automotive industry. Keyloop is owned by FRANCISCO PARTNERS, an American investment fund with a portfolio of over 35 billion euros in revenues. The company has a long history of providing its customers in Finland with Automaster DMS software, and has secured a market share of over 50%.
