Some of RASK’s achievements in public procurement include successful representation of the largest private capital-based Estonian ferry operator, Kihnu Veeteed, in all major public procurements for ferry lines; successful representation of Hiiu Nursing Care Centre in procurement disputes with the Estonian Health Insurance Fund; successful representation of construction company Nordlin on numerous procurement issues; and advising planning and consulting bureau Artes Terrae in the procurement procedure for a special planning consultant for the controversial Est-For biorefinery.

Tarmo is a valued expert in public procurement and competition law. Advising contracting authorities and tenderers, he is highly knowledgeable about procurement-related legal matters. Tarmo has advised clients in procurement related matters from real estate, medical, infrastructure, environmental and other sectors.

Tarmo represents clients in complex disputes, dealings with the Public Procurement Review Committee, supervisory proceedings and structural support proceedings.

Keidi is a sought-after expert in the field of public procurement with a broad range of experiences and excellent client references.

Keidi also has a wealth of experience from the public sector, having practiced and helped build the public procurement monitoring section of the Development Support Department of the Estonian Agricultural Registers and Information Board. 

Keidi is a valuable partner throughout the different stages of organising a public procurement – inc strategic planning, preparation, execution and follow-up. She is also a recognised trainer who has delivered over fifty training courses to various public organisations as well as private companies.
