Some of RASK’s achievements in public procurement include successful representation of the largest private capital-based Estonian ferry operator, Kihnu Veeteed, in all major public procurements for ferry lines; successful representation of Hiiu Nursing Care Centre in procurement disputes with the Estonian Health Insurance Fund; successful representation of construction company Nordlin on numerous procurement issues; and advising planning and consulting bureau Artes Terrae in the procurement procedure for a special planning consultant for the controversial Est-For biorefinery.
