RASK consults e-residents in contesting digital ID card suspension.

Case

RASK consulted private persons in the matter of contesting the suspension of the validity of their e-resident digital ID card certificates and helped them request documents from the Police and Border Guard Board governed by state secrets that had been the grounds for the revocation.

As a result of the dispute, the Police and Border Guard Board restored the validity of the e-resident certificates belonging to RASK’s clients.
