Mari Rask

Mari is one of the most prestigious specialists in the field of labour law, who combines long-term personal experience of the managing of a large company with extensive specialist activities in the field of labour law. For more than 15 years, Mari was a member of the board at Kuusakoski AS (Eesti Metallieksport AS – EMEX), and handled the resolution of EMEX’s personal and legal matters.
Since 2008, she has been working as an adviser, with many noted Estonian companies as her clients.
In addition, Mari is an experienced and highly valued lecturer. Mari is also the author of the commented version of the “Employment Contracts Act 2009” and the three-part guide book “Employment Contracts Act 2010 in practice” and has published several articles on labour law in trade periodicals.
