RASK consults the leading Estonian private medical centres Qvalitas and Unimed on signing a lease agreement for a new clinic in the heart of Tallinn.

RASK attorneys-at-law Karl Erik Esko and Marina Lapidus consulted the largest private clinics in Estonia, Qvalitas and Unimed, in the negotiation and conclusion of a lease agreement for a new medical centre in central Tallinn.

The private medical centre to open in the commercial building at 5 Rävala puiestee will offer essential primary care, specialist care, dental care and occupational health services and high-level diagnostics. The clinic will cover three floors and a total of almost 3,000 square meters.

The development and construction of the Qvalitas and Unimed medical centre is managed by Capital Mill, the owner of the building. The building is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.

Qvalitas Arstikeskus AS is one of the largest private medical providers in Estonia, operating since 1996.

Unimed Kliinikud OÜ is the largest group of dental clinics in Estonia, operating since 1994. The group is owned by the Finnish medical company Mehiläinen.
