RASK consults Estonia’s largest dental clinic group UNIMED.

Case

RASK consults Estonia’s largest group of dental and orthodontic service providers, UNIMED, in all matters related to the organisation of its daily business activities. RASK legal experts have consulted UNIMED on legal issues specific to the health care sector as well as general issues of corporate, labour, procurement and contract law.

In 2015, RASK consulted the company and its shareholders on the creation of the UNIMED group and merger of new companies – from BaltCap’s investment in the group’s predecessor Ortodontiakeskus OÜ and the acquisition of a clinic from Medicum AS to the establishment of the UNIMED group itself.

Unimed Kliinikud OÜ  is one of the largest private medical centres in Estonia. It brings together a number of different clinics with top health care professionals, including an orthodontic centre, dental clinic, dental laboratory, sleep centre, practices of medical specialists and an outpatient surgery.
