RASK attorneys train pharmacists planning pharmacy purchases

On 25 November, a training day for the Estonian Chamber of Pharmacists was held at the Viru Conference Centre in Tallinn, with RASK legal experts helping those attending to discuss the key legal questions relating to setting up and running a pharmacy.

The training day provided an in-depth overview of both legal theory and its application in real life. The training was aimed at pharmacists who are setting up a new pharmacy as part of the ongoing pharmacy reform or are planning to buy an existing one. Packed with content, the training covered key issues in day-to-day business management and fundraising, as well as the legal practice around rental and employment relationships. The training was delivered by Ramon Rask, Karl Erik Esko, Marina Lapidus and Siret Saks.
