RASK set to consult Tehnopol Startup Incubator companies

RASK and Tehnopol signed a cooperation agreement in May, ensuring startups at the incubator easy access to high-level legal assistance, which is crucial for startups launching products and services, protecting their rights, and finding investors.

Tehnopol Startup Incubator manager Martin Goroško says legal issues are critical for startups. “We support early-stage startups and have seen many cases where companies fail due to poorly regulated initiation, whether it be agreements between founders, contracts with investors, protection of know-how within the company or something else. We always recommend companies to sort out and agree on these aspects before actually reaching the market. For this purpose, we have many high-quality support service providers in their respective fields attached to our programme. We offer our startups the best possible legal consulting and are happy to do this now with RASK.”

Consulting the companies at the Tehnopol Startup Incubator is led by Timo Kullerkupp, RASK's Head of Practice in finance and technology, who has extensive experience with tech companies as well as issues concerning fundraising and financing.

Timo says the energy and number of daring ideas at the Incubator is inspiring, crucial for Estonia and speaks volumes. “It’s a pleasure to help boost valuable ideas and assist entrepreneurs in protecting their interests, realising their growth potential and attracting investors.”

Tehnopol Startup Incubator is the first and largest partner for Estonian technology companies. It invests more than € 10,000 of expertise in each startup to help them find the first seed investment or reach export markets. The Incubator's main focus areas are green and health technologies, and ICT.
