Partner Tarmo Peterson attended a meeting with World Bank representatives to improve Estonia’s reorganization proceedings

Partner Tarmo Peterson participated in the meeting with representatives of the World Bank to discuss the methodology of conducting the Estonian reorganization procedure and to find better opportunities for improving the local business environment for the future.

The World Bank is conducting an analysis in Estonia to improve the current corporate reorganization process with the aim of setting up early warning options to prevent the company from becoming insolvent or bankrupt. At a meeting organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, World Bank invited leading Estonian reorganization and insolvency specialists as well as a few leading law firms to discuss and gather information.
